Stabile MFS

STABILE MFS is a roof-crossing element able to increase levels of prevention and protection from fire using new materials and thanks to innovative technical solutions.

Is not just a roof-crossing element with an insulating and fireproof function, but it is an integral part of the chimney system: a real flue that you can install in direct contact with the wooden roof or slab, which is really important for technicians who can get their work simplified and improved during design and installation.

This dual function (fire prevention – flue system) allows STABILE MFS to ensure a significant reduction in the external diameter: up to 40% less than a traditional system.

In case of chimney soot fire (1000° C inside the duct), STABILE MFS ensures a contact temperature with the adjacent wood of 80°C, which is compliant with the EN 1859. Therefore, a reduction of the high temperatures of more than 90%, which is mainly due to the interaction between the performance of the innovative internal insulating material and the peripheral ventilation system.

A STABILE MFS egy egyedi tervezésű tetőáttörő elem, amely új anyagok és innovatív műszaki megoldások alkalmazásával növeli a tűzmegelőzés és tűzvédelem szintjét.

Nem csupán egy hő- és tűzálló tetőáttörő elem, hanem a kéményrendszer szerves része is: egy valódi füstgázcsatorna, amely közvetlenül beépíthető fa tető vagy födémszerkezetbe. Ez különösen fontos a tervezők és kivitelezők számára, mivel a tervezési és szerelési folyamatot jelentősen egyszerűsíti és hatékonyabbá teszi.

A kettős funkció – tűzvédelem és füstgázelvezetés – lehetővé teszi, hogy a STABILE MFS a külső átmérőt akár 40%-kal csökkentse a hagyományos rendszerekhez képest.

Kéménytűz esetén (amikor a csatorna belső hőmérséklete eléri az 1000 °C-ot), a STABILE MFS biztosítja, hogy a fa szerkezet érintkezési hőmérséklete legfeljebb 80 °C legyen, ami megfelel az EN 1859 szabványnak. Ez több mint 90%-os hőmérséklet-csökkenést jelent, amely elsősorban az innovatív belső hőszigetelő anyag és a periférikus szellőzőrendszer együttes hatásának köszönhető.

Stabile DA

The twin-wall STABILE DA flue system can be used for every kind of civil or industrial generator working with gas, diesel fuel. The STABILE DA system is certified for combustion products having a max temperature not exceeding 200°C with mounted gasket.

The STABILE DA system is suitable for being installed as duct, single and multiple relined flue, in compliance with the current national regulations. In locations where the atmosphere is rich in halogen fumes, we do not recommend the use of stainless steel chimneys (laundries, dye works, printing works, and hairdressings). The usage of these products in such locations voids the manufacturer’s warranty.

A STABILE DA kéthéjú légrés szigeteléssel ellátott égéstermék-elvezető rendszer alkalmas bármilyen lakossági és ipari hőtermelő berendezéshez, amelyek gázzal vagy gázolajjal működnek. A STABILE DA rendszer tanúsítvánnyal rendelkezik olyan égéstermékek elvezetésére, amelyek maximális hőmérséklete nem haladja meg a 200 °C-ot, tömítőgyűrűvel szerelt kivitelben.

A STABILE DA rendszer beépíthető füstgázcsatornaként, utólagosan bélelt kéményként, a hatályos nemzeti előírásoknak megfelelően.

Figyelmeztetés: Olyan helyiségekben, ahol a levegő halogén gőzökben gazdag (például mosodákban, festőműhelyekben, nyomdákban vagy fodrászatokban), nem javasolt rozsdamentes acél kémények használata, mivel ezekben a környezetekben a termékek alkalmazása érvényteleníti a gyártói garanciát.

Stabile PS

The single-wall STABILE PS flue system can be used for every kind of civil or industrial generator working with gas, liquid and solid combustibles (engines and power units only after verification and sizing by our Technical Dept.).

The STABILE PS system is certified for combustion products having a max temperature not exceeding 200°C with mounted gasket and a max temperature not exceeding 600°C without gasket. The STABILE PS system is suitable for being installed as chimney, connecting flue pipe, duct and single and multiple relined flue duct, collective system and exhaust manifold according to the current national regulations.

In locations where the atmosphere is rich in halogen fumes, we do not recommend the use of stainless steel chimneys (laundries, dye works, printing works, and hairdressings). The usage of these products in such locations voids the manufacturer’s warranty.
